Colour Analysis & Body Shape Analysis Instruction Guide

Colour Analysis Instructions


What I need:

3x headshot photo at close range  like a selfie

  • Take the photos in natural light, without shade on the face (meaning taken indoors while facing a window during the daytime) 

  • Do not wear makeup so no foundation, cheek or lip colour. 

  • Do not wear glasses

  • Wear neutral clothing like black, white or grey

  • Do not use filters

  • Do not wear fake tan

1x photo of your hand & wrist 

  • It’s okay if the colours of your veins are not visible. 


2 x casual photos in any colour of clothing

  • Make sure your face is clearly visible

  • Do not use filters

Please also answer the questions below:

  1. What is your natural hair colour? 

  2. If your hair has greyed, what was your natural colour before?

  3. What is your eye colour?

  4. What is your vein colour on your wrist? (Green/Olive, Blue/Green, Blue/Purple or Unsure)?

  5. When you wear jewellery, do you think gold or silver suits you better? 

  6. What is your favourite colour to wear?  



Body Shape Analysis Instructions


What I need:

2x full body photos of you from head to toe & 1 Headshot

  • Full body from the front

  • Full body from the side

  • Headshot (Take the photos in natural light, without shade on the face (meaning taken indoors while facing a window during the daytime) 

  • For the full body photos wear tight gym clothing, such as cycling shorts and a vest top, leggings and a vest top or a tight t-shirt, as I need to understand your body shape.

I will also need the following measurements:

  1. Across your shoulders (from the top of the shoulder to the top of the other shoulder)

  2. Across your bust/ chest

  3. Across your waist

  4. Across your hips


Please also answer the questions below:

1 What top size do your wear (in UK sizing i.e 8, 10, 12, 14, 16. 18 etc)?

2. What trouser or shirt size do you wear (in UK sizing i.e 8, 10, 12, 14, 16. 18 etc)?

3. Bra size?

4. What is your height?

5. When you put on weight, what area of your body is it most likely to go first?

Clothing sizing can vary from shop to shop, so please go with the size you wear most often.
